A friend just bought it and I haven't had a chance to see it in person. He's not giving me many details about the car which leads me to belive it's just a s-351, which is still an amazing car.

It's blue which seems ultra rare
has the number 13 which seems high for a SR model

I attached the only pictures I could find

Not an SR. They were of the widebody variety by 1997.

It is the 1997 S351 though... so all the R-Code features as standard and they don't go "boom."

Neat color, that Moonlight Blue! Most seem to be Red, Black, White. Nice to see something different.

The passenger side air bag cover looks way off tint wise. Did the bags blow?

The interior could use less AmorAll.

Did your friend decide to flip it for profit or is there something wrong with it?

There's a Moonlight Blue '97 S351 Speedster as well.

Don't know about the air bags, I'll have to ask him.
As for the sale of the car, he works for a car dealer and buys the cars for great prices. He had tons of great cars and never seems to keep them long.

As for 15K, I don't think that will buy it. I'm sure he's looking closer to 40K for the car, but that just my guess.

I could had sworen that the real 5.0/5.8 intake was the equivalent to the Holley System Max II intake and that is not a Anderson Powerpipe.

That is the correct intake for the S351 cars. It is a modified Cobra upper and GT-40 lower.

Good luck getting 40K. Realistically 28K is about what the market will support now. If the car was bone stock then maybe 32K. I remember when the car was in Texas at the previous dealer.

The wheels look similar to the ones on my '97 Saleen , although you guys know more on the details than I do about what car should have what items. A 6 speed transmission too.
My '97 is that color blue with a white convertible top, with the silver stripes it's a great combination.

That's a neat one! Those Budgets vehicles are a neat story and currently overlooked. It seems an amount of them were driven into the ground.

Nice find! Nice color blue, too! Blue, purple, and yellow SN-95 Saleens look cool!

Take care of it.
