Seems kind of strange the police would have a car and never use it?

Read the ad. It was ordered, but never delivered to the state. It has been in civilian hands it's whole life.

It certainly looks legit. If I was bidding, I'd ask for a picture of the buck tag to make sure. Gorgeous car all around.

And I thought the underside of my car was in pretty good shape... Damn!

All this talk about the value of Foxes as they're getting older, and stuff like this is slowly starting to surface. That thing is at $22K, and still not at the reserve. Hold on to those cars, fellas!

not that i dont think this car is worth the money but this type of thing is what makes someone think they can ask 4k for a clean notchback roller...

Exactly, once this starts happening on a regular basis every slapped together POS is going to become "rare", "mint", and a "collectors item". Definitely within the next ten years or so when all those guys that had, or lusted after an 87-93 in the late 80's and early 90's hit their late 40's and early 50's will start driving the price up cause they are sick of the minivan their wife made them buy instead of something cool.

And then everybody who made fun of me for owning a "ugly car from the '80s that kind of looks like an Escort" will eat their words MUOAHAHAHAHAHA! rubhands

That will be me in 7 years :( Hopefully my future wife won't force me to sell the Fox body... for a kid hauler...
