I had never heard of that product, so I looked it up. It looks to have a small electric compressor which it uses to spray the paint and appears to have no compressed air tank. Normally, you'll get a better paint job from a sprayer than a rattle can, but I'm not very certain in this case. First of all, I know that compressor won't supply the volume of air that a traditional air compressor would be able. Most likely, this sprayer has lower flow and much covers less area which could be ok too. However, I wonder if it has any kind of air drier to prevent water from ruining your paint job. Also, the air pressure supplied will be very inconsistent without a large holding tank, which could give inconsistent paint.
My best guess is that this sprayer could look marginally better than a rattle can. At least you could get a thicker coat on.
