this guy at work tried to tell me he has a 351 in his boat and he claims it has 200psi in each cylinder when he did a compresion test? i dont know what year it is but it is whatever came stock in the boat for that year. he also said he cant turn it over by hand after it's been sitting for a couple of years and i told him it's locked up and he say's no it's not it's because of the compression ? peace

we/i did tell him that and he said he did and still could'nt, then he say's it had rust in a couple of the cylinders and he said he squirted some oil in them and we told him good luck it's locked up and he said nahh i'm going to try to turn it over in a couple day's? peace
