Im drilling a bolt out of the water pump, and when i finally get the water pump off, there is a small hairline fracture in the Timing Chain Cover, please, please, please tell me this is nothing to worry about. Its one problem after another man!

Depending on where the crack is, that's what JB Weld Epoxy is for. Epoxying the crack will work as long as it isn't where one of the bolts thread into or pass through into the engine block.

Otherwise you can have it welded if you don't want to replace it.

its right in the middle, if i leave it alone will anything happen? Like will coolant leak in and destroy anything?

As jrichker stated J.B. Weld was made for things like this. Or you could take it to a shop and have it welded.

i guess ill just use that then, can i get that at any auto parts store?

Yeah any parts store will have it. I was just looking at a package of it I have lying around here, and there is a little cartoon picture on the package showing someone repairing a timing cover with it. That has to be a good sign!
