Is this what I need for my 5-lug?

Is this what I need for calipers and rotors to do my 5 lug swap? With the hoses and brackets and everything work with my setup? I have the sn 95 spindles and ranger axels.

the spindles and rotors are what you need, now ditch the stock 95 calipers and upgrade to a set of PBR calipers from a 99+ car.

the kit says it comes with brackets. I would call or email their tech support and make sure before you buy anything else.

The brackets are part of the calipers

You'll need a few more things. You'll need an MC and booster, hardware to plumb it up, an adjustavle prop valve, and possibly a bump=steer kit

I thought you needed a bump steer kit if you had lowered your car a significant amount?

94-95 spindles
94-04 rotors
94-95 balljoints (or buy four 5/8" spacers [two for each side] to space the crown nut up)
99-04 calipers, caliper brackets, brake hoses
Fitting from auto parts store for passenger side brakeline...3/8"female to 1/4" male

Ranger left side/Aerostar right side rear axles
5 lug Ranger drums
New fluid/friction modifier
Install new wheel cylinders and other related brake hardware while it's all apart.

Being that foxes are old now, I'd flush out ALL the brake fluid and install all new brake fluid. I did this to Hack Job. I beld the brakes all afternoon with my friend. I bled each wheel until I saw clean/clear fluid. I couldn't believe how contaminated the fluid from the 2001 was. Hack Job stops amazing.

Buy ceramic front brake pads. Hack Job has them along with Chrome Bullits and after a tank of gas, I BARELY have brake dust on the wheels.

I usually ask what color brake fluid should be to non-car people.....

.....they always respond "black"

Seriously, brake fluid is NEVER changed...and yet it make a HUGE impact in braking performance. I change my brake fluid YEARLY on all my cars and it always makes a difference

Well, guys I appreaciate all your help. At 15 I'm really having a hard time trying wrap my mind aroudn everything I need to do this swap. So allready I have 1995 mustang spindles and hubs as well as Ranger axels. Should I buy that kit for my calipers and rotors or look elswhere? What else do I need besides what's in that kit and what I allready have? I need new lines and master cylinder?

I got confused for a sec.

For the front, the brackets are part of the calipers. For the rear, you need the brackets you posted as well as calipers, dust shields and anti-moan calipers as well as 94-95 rear brake soft lines

if you are only 15 you probably dont have the 1000+ that kit is going to run you. I would grab the brake set up off a 94-95 mustang and call it a day.

the stopping power is light years better than stock and it wont break your bank. you can always upgrade to better calipers later.

So the "2x rear caliper mounting bracket" won't be used? Basically what I am trying to figure out right now is if the stuff in the kit besides the actual caliper and rotors with go to waste because it's made for a different year car.

if youre 15 and have no money i dont know why everyone is trying to get you to do rear discs. when i did 5 lug i went for 99 PBRs in the front and rode my stock fox drums. Its not as good, but its cheap. And i didnt have to change my MC and lines and all that.

I dunno, I think that maybe, I'll leave the brakes for now until I get the car on the ground. So now I need to figure out which springs and stuff to buy Would you guys recomend me to get lower control arms as I plan on putting on 10 in wide wheels and removing the quad shocks?

If you're 15, I would budget everything. Go to a salvage yard to get your brake calipers and bracekts. Go with rear drums too, not disc. It will save you a lot of money.

I'm not really, too concerned about money. I just want to get everything done right the first time, I don't mind If it takes me a little longer to earn the money for it. I allready have the car in a million piece so I might as well do things now.

In that case, go with 4 wheels disc. I just sold my 91 notch. I had a 5 lug conv. PBR front calipers and drum rear. Every potential buyer was bummed out when I told them it was NOT 4 wheel disc. So, whichever axles you buy for the rear, get the necessary hardware to make them a disc setup.

I don't know if it actaully stops that much better. I can't compare, because even though my 81 notch has 4 wheel disc, it also has the hydroboost setup, not vacuum, so I would be comparing apples to oranges, not apples to apples.
