I'm not a fan of the that Jeep green for a Fox (it does look good on Jeeps in person tho), having said that I learned a long time ago that guys whom paint cars for a living have a really keen eye for what looks good on a particular body style... so, I'd like to see one.

Hey Dave, what's the deal with that color?
I need to check my door jamb when I get home, but,way back when (before I bought mine)... I thought that color was called Deep Emerald Green clear coat metallic...
But, the car came with "Ford" touch up bottle of Deep Jewel Green metallic... not sure if I still have it...
So... ??? Car is originally Canadian.
Did they call the same green different things over different years, or possibly in the great white north?

Same color, ford only had three darker greens back then that I remember (but it's been a long time now).

The name change is a meaningless ploy by the factory to sound like the created something new back then. Seems like all of the manufacturers have to come up with two or three new ones a year now. Not just a name change any more, but whole new colors.
