what all did you have done? any pics?

You say it makes noise

If its gear whine or a howling noise

You might look at or consider the following

First ... Lets consider mechanical issues

If the gear set is setup wrong, noise is gonna be present
If the gear set was setup wrong
and
You drove it around some
Even though the gears are now correctly setup
The noise will most likely continue for the life of the gear set

You may have a bearing that is causing the noise

You may have the angle at the drive shaft too steep

Might just be the noise is made by the transmission

If you have suspension mods like harder bushings, control arms,
or stuff like that, the normal noise a rear end makes is gonna
be transmitted up through those suspensions mods
and
it will most certainly be WAY more noticeable ...............
yet
everything is all fine in the rear end
