Well, my 2.3 89 Mustang made its first test drive as a stick shift!

So far so good, for a trans I bought in 2005 and just installed!

Congratz man! A 2005 will bolt up to the 2.3? Is that a good upgrade?

No, I bought the 89 coupe in 05 with overdrive broken in the A4LD. Put in a $100 trans which lost second gear in Feb.

I also bought a T5 setup from a wreck in 05. Stored it, moved it to MS and back, finally installed it in 2016!
