Yeah i dont let hardly anyone drive my car anymore. My mom used to have a key till she curbed my new Bullit wheels. then I promptly revoked her set of the keys. If he doesnt pay you for your trouble I would beat the snot out of him. If he does pay you, I might beat his a** anyway.

I once got stupid and let my girlfriend drive my stang while i was out on a military exercise. She called me one day from her cell phone telling me she was just racing a TA. When I got home, I took the keys, and told her she'd never drive it again. To this day, she's not even allowed in it.

Edit: we're not together anyway....she now drives her boyfriends crappy S-10 that he says is super fast because of it's 4.3 litre.

Yeah, first of all, that lowlife doesn't even have a goddamn car. Why do you think he was driving his. Second of all, I'm not gonna be able to get a new Mustang, because my sister jacked up our insurance so bad.

wow. no i don't feel so bad for NEVER letting anyone besides my older brother drive my car.

if that dude has any fcking balls, he will nut up and reimburse you somehow. but if he doesn't even have a car of his own, i doubt he's a real winner in the first place. sucks dude, i wish you luck in the future.

Is the damage fixable? By "front end and driver's side damage", is it major frame damage, or just the body panels and the airbags that need replacing?

If it's fixable, tell your sister and her boyfriend both this: buy me a replacement Mustang, or pay for the repairs out of your own pockets. It's their damn fault your car's wrecked, and it's their responsibility to reimburse you for it, and don't let them weasel their way out of that.

If it's not repairable, then they have one option: replace it. A 94-95 GT vert goes for about $5-8K around here

If necessary, take the bf to court.

Sorry about the car, man. If I had a sister that loaned my keys out to somebody else, I'd slap the **** out of her. That is way NOT cool. Honestly, it sounds like she shouldn't be driving anything that operates on a public road.

Whatever you do, don't get discouraged and let things be. Remember that this isn't your fault, and make sure you get justice, or some semblance of it in the end.

You know maybe I'm jumping to conclusions here, but wtf is your sister doing with some dirtbag who doesn't even have his own car?

Either way, like was just said...DO NOT let it go! Sue BOTH of them if need be, because she's responsible too if she loaned the keys out to him.

Just got the story back from the eye witness, at Flowerama, lol.

My sister WASN'T EVEN THERE! He was joyriding, punched it, did a 360 over the curb, and hit a brick wall. Both airbags deployed and then he drove into a vectra bank. Now Vectra bank is suing us I got pics of the car, and I'm sure it would cost more than 6300 (value of car) to fix. I'll have them by tomorrow.

get a lawyer and fast, don't let this go too long without proper help. Don't let your sister or family ties get in the way, this is a wrong that needs to be righted. I've had too many family screwed over by each other because family doesn't do family bad.... huh, that's odd, so really, anyway, get it taken care of, or if all else fails, find a glock, and take care of bidness, two in the head and one in the chest for good measure. That's how pissed i'd be. I let my mom drive my 5.0 once, and as she was revving to 6,000, and asking, "is it time to shifT" that was it, last time for her.

Saying he stole it wouldn't hold up in court. My sister gave it to him. FK it, seriously. My dad is being catious, but if necessary he will bring lawyers on these people so hard that they will never find their way out of the sinkhole they will be in financially.
