Yeah well, I'm here to tell you that had that been a real scenario, and some shop wanted to trade a state of the art LS for my paleolithic frankensteined banger,...I'd have thought about it really seriously.
When you own a fairmont that is this far past recognizability, most people are just gonna assume that the car came with whatever is under the hood anyway, cause I'm gonna have to tell EVERYBODY who made that car originally.

As far as I'm concerned you should be able to stamp your own VIN tag out after this car is done. Is there any small piece of this car that is OEM?
Personally I would just tell people it is a MMC (MikesMotorCars) Like AMC but cooler because I just thought of it
