Stroker kits are cheap now, i say you go with a 347 right off the bat with a set of TW 205's you'll make easy work of splitting the block if you want to.

I'd like to, but when I go stroker, it's going to be aftermarket block, and I'm REALLY trying to keep the budget for this build under control, haha. Besides, I'd love to make 350ish to the tires on the stock bottom end for bragging rights, if for no other reason, haha. Run it like that for maybe a year or two, build a 363, swap the parts over, run a wilder cam, and gun for maybe mid 400s at the tire.

Ehh, im gonna run the stock block with in the 4XX range until it snaps. As long as its running i'll be saving towards and aluminum block. Nothing like have import weight with muscle.

Thanks Lars! The car is getting a reman OEM saginaw unit. It's going back on with all of the OEM correct brackets, hoses, etc. A lot of guys are telling me I'm going backwards by returning the car to PS, but I don't agree. The goal for this car is to be a 100% dead reliable cruiser. I want to be able to get it in and drive 500 miles without a care in the world. Post up some pics of the Dart!

Oh yeah, and a $6k alterKtion is not exactly in the budget this year, haha.

I yanked the PS on mine cause the trans hits so hard the car would wiggle on me cause I couldn't keep my hands still on the wheel. It all depends on the car, though I liked getting all that weight off the front. These are some older pics, and it was pretty dirty when I took them:

It is about to get some better tires, a new intake, swap back to a 904, E-fan, and I might stick my 4.10's back in it.
