Dam so today i was racing, spraying. I did a couple of runs. and then i start to get like a misfire, when im punching it. It felt kinda the same when i was cruising a 1500 rpm. so know i get the sputtering at any rpm high low. think i ****ed up something internal???? dam i myself

is it the same kind of sputtering you had before at idle?

the idle just sucked. that may be a leak, but the sputtering come on at like 1500 rpm, now its all over the place.

just so you are not running around in circles, have your codes pulled....it could save you some stress if the computer has any.

lol. tune whats a tune? lol. i just got different spark plugs no tune. here are the codes i pulled. 556- fuel pump relay primary circuit fault, 212 loss of ignition diagnostic monitor siganl/SPOUT circuit grounded. how do i fix those. and mpre info on the tune please. didn't think it was necassary

When I'm gonna be spraying a 125 shot, I make sure that:

My timing is set back to 10* (you may actually need LESS timing, Zex recommends 6*, my car runs well with 10)

My fuel pressure is bumped 2 PSI for extra safety

My spark plugs, one heat range colder than stock, are gapped at .035

For example, if your running 16* of timing and stock heat range plugs with 39 PSI of fuel pressure with stock fuel system, you just may run into some detonation.

yeah i got 10*,2 degree colder plugs. gapped at .035, and how do you bump your pressure

With an aftermarket fuel pressure regulator...which is a good idea to have if your running a 100 shot or bigger, in my opinion. A 190lph or better fuel pump helps too.

You SHOULD be okay as it is- but, check your plugs to see what they look like. Compare them to the chart on the back page of your Hayne's manual and make sure you aren't going lean.
