well, i havent been on here in several months. i havent even been home in a while. i have been working on a fishing boat in montauk, which is the eastern most end of long island, new york. i have been there since june. while there, i lived with my freind on his 46 foot silverton (yes i lived and worked on a boat). he worked on another fishing boat.

during the summer we fished for fluke (summer flounder), then when the season closed we swithed to porgy (scup). i worked 12-13 hour days, 7 days a week. i didnt really mind the hours since i have been fishing ever since i could walk. so to me it really wasnt work .

now, i am home for the winter. it was a great experience and i made a ton freinds and money. i plan to make a few trips to montauk and get some fishing in this winter (i think im going again next weekend). i cant wait to do it again next year.

here is where i was

yea man those lights are on the car now. thanks again. total cost for hood, fender, headlight, corner light, and header panel = $450. i think thats pretty lucky for hitting a deer.

it is definately a beautiful place, but from queens to riverhead there are a lot of people. you should see montauk right now. it is a ghost town once the summer ends.
