You can get the jets at the same time from the website I linked above.

To see what size jets you want (shot size) you can look in the online manuals. It takes two jets for each shot size. If you buy the 75, 100, AND 125 shot. You'll find the jets overlap so you won't actually need 6.

So im still missing an intake vacuum hose. Any idea what part # that is?
and is their also another fitting at the end of that intake vacuum hose that screws onto the intake manifold?

You won't need a part number. Just buy the vacuum hose at an auto parts store.

You are basically adding the zex box in between the fuel regulator and intake vacuum. The hose is all the same. Your fitting should have already been on your intake from the factory as long as your fuel regulator was hooked up correctly.

Instructions for the zex nitrous system say "use a 7/16 tap" but the zex part list say a "1/16" tap?

Go with the 1/16?
