i know that maximums are probably the best but does anybody have either a good or bad experience with j&m?i'm ready to put lca's on but don't know which to buy.its mostly a street car and sees very little track.the j&m's are about a $100.less than maximum motorsports.
I'd buy these J&M, though, admittedly, I never heard of them before today. Here's what I found...
3 piece Poly-Ball bushing combination. By spending countless hours looking and dissecting the geometry and the need of the rear suspension they have come out with bind-free bushings set up. J&M Products incorporates a very hard inner polyurethane ball which is surrounded by soft socket outer cups. This combination allows the bushing to articulate like a spherical bearing during cornering but the hard inner ball does not allow the bushing to deflect during acceleration giving you great traction during acceleration like solid bushings but remains completely bind free during cornering for great predictable traction in the corners.

ALMOST anything is better than the stock LCAs and since you arent making HUGE power and you probably wouldn't be adjusting the pinion angle, I'd think these would be fine.
Street/Race Arms come equipped with special teflon lined spherical bearings on the axle side, and greasable polyurethane 3 Pc bushings on the chassis side.
