My car is sitting on cylindrical blocks right now, courtesy of the people who ripped off my tires and rims  . I am getting the new ones tomorrow, and was wondering where I should jack my car up. I figure I am going to use 2 jacks, one on either side under the driver door and under the passenger door.

I have never jacked my 5.0 up before, I just bought it in the summer actually, so i am not familiar with the underbelly yet. I was wondering if anybody has a pic of where I should be jacking it up from so I don't bend/break anything that's sensitive under there. Thanks :nice:

Caine i am terribly sorry about your situation i really am. :o( i wish this situation wouldnt of happened but unfortunately it did :o( my deepest sympathy. well listen up. jack up your mustang from the lower frame connectors that protrude from the underside. you cant miss them. theres 2 of them. under no circumstances should you jack up your car from the pinch welds that the factory tells you to jack up the car with their facory jack. so just put your jack under the two long connectors and you should have no problemo. take it from me. i know. well good luck caine and i wish you the best. jack up the car the right way so that you wont "JACK IT UP" yes in that way. :o)

Thanks speedo, I appreciate the help, I shouldn't have any trouble finding that. Does anybody happen to have a photo for good measure?

I also forgot to mention (whoops!), that I do have full length MM subframe connectors. I just didn't know if that mattered or not when jacking it up?

i was just gonna go out and snap a pic for ya, but since you have subframe connectors, i'm sure you can find the subframes themselves...

Damnit! Almost had a pic! haha. Thanks, it makes sense what you're saying so I shouldn't have a problem finding that spot to jack my car up. I am just so paranoid when it comes to doing anything with my car because I love it so much and I have no experience whatsoever when it comes to working on cars. :D
