After a few delays, I have everything finally installed.

The JBA duals are the first version that was out with the Y pipe. Combined with their headers (which I already had on), it sounds really nice. The clip doesn't do it justice. I picked up the duals from Don at http://www.v6mustangstuff.com/ My shop charged $100 for the install. They had a heck of a time getting the driver-side to match. It's not exact, but really close. It sits just a hair lower and is only noticeable when you squart down directly behind the car. I may convert to true duals later down the road, but that'll be after an intake.

The GT bumper cost $600 for the bumper, paint to match and the install. I had my favorite bodyshop order the part from Ford.

I was originally going to just have the left-side bumper cut, but after discussing it with a few people, decided to go with the GT bumper. I'm not really trying to make my car into a GT clone... just wanted duals and this was a way to make things looks nifty. I am very happy with the results.

drtc and MSP... thanks! I'm really enjoying it!

New rims and tires went on a month or so ago after someone swapped my original pony logo spinners for Ford logo spinners (a very unethical form of bartering!). I went with 17" American Racing Casino Chromes with Pirelli P-zero Nero 235/55/17 tires (same shoes as the GT)

Here's a couple pics before the new bumper...

darnit... never should have found these boards... I could have been so happy with a stock car haha... CAI is next, but I'm still waiting for more of a selection to choose from.

Next for me will be my blower project.. But, the CAI sounds like a good next upgrade for you.. Thus far I think your doing a good job on your car.. It looks good.. How do you like the power of your car? Have you previously owned a V8 Mustang, or is this your 1st one?

MSP....a blower is going to be fantastic! What's your hp/tq goals? I don't think any are out yet, but I know at least a couple companies are working on them... do you have a manufacturer in mind?

I've very pleased with the power of the 4.0L. Once I'm done with mods, I'm hoping for 40-50 extra hp. My first car was a '68 Mustang coupe... candy apple red, black vinyl top and a wee straight six. Not fast, but it sure was pretty. And, I'm happy with the outer looks of my car. It now has just enough chrome that's it makes me feel nostalgic of my old ride.

Rik... Nice job on the duals and bumper! Chrome tips will really round out the rear! You're right about the price though.... I paid too much. But, it was partially paid for by this fellow in a jacked up sky-high F250. On my birthday, his girlfriend dinged my door in a parking lot and his insurance paid for it. Dentless paint repair easily got out the little ding... the rest went towards the bumper. The ding happened after the bumper and exhaust were ordered. So, worked out quite dandy for me!
