ya the ceramic looks nice the titanium for the money is just a rip off if you ask me its just plain ugly and the performance diference between it and the cceramic is almost nill.

There is a substantial difference between 1300F and 2450F. The titanium is a far superior coating which is why you pay more for it. Forced induction would be a good reason to go with it. Don't confuse show and go.

I got the titanium coating because I got it for the price of the uncoated headers. I would have gone with the silver ceramic coating if i were paying full ticket.

yes unfortunatly YOUR HEADER WILL NEVER REACH 1400 plus
unless its a turbo car or you ahve a HORRIBLE tune.. normal exhaust temps run in the 1250 - 1500 range .. under full load dependign on timeing etc..

the header NEVER will reach the full temp of the exhaust dflowing through it in fact its unlikely to ever go over 1000 degrees actual temp of the out side surface on any street car.

so the performance diferece is NILL in a automotive aplication.

im not confusing them im saying very simply very truely the titanium is a snob thing the advantage over the ceramic is nill in a non turbo aplication.
