JET mass air meter

Has anyone used one of these. Are they compareable to any others. I'm looking to get a new mass air meter and I can get one of these for a good price.

unless its a wideband it probably isnt worth it. Why do you want/need to change it? i know many tuners find it eeasier to tune Ford MAF's, so moving to a bigger Ford one would be easier tuning wise.

Well it's not for the ease of tuning. My tuner said I could pick up 5 to 7 HP and tq with a better flowing air meter. What about the lightning mass air and use the module from my car instead of using the new one with the meter? Or will that mess up the metering?

if you are close to stock, you aren't going to pick up squat from a mas air meter. at any rate, a new mass air meter requires a retune. and get a new tuner.
