I got my JLT cold air today and got everything put together waiting to install in the car after work tomorrow but i have a question about the product. Fitting it all together i was thinking that it seemed to be a lot of weight and it didnt look like there was anything holding to the car other than the clamp at the TB, am i missing something?
I know there is the plate for the fender where it goes through but there is no support there other than the pipe sitting in the hole. Also, have you guys had any problems with the parts in the fenderwell working loose and falling while your driving? that would suck!

There isn't any "support" for CAI's. Hell, even the stock piece is "unsupported".

Fabricate your own cold air support.
