I was just wondering if the C&L + Tune is worth the extra 100 dollars over the JLT + tune? On brenspeed they say they got a car in the 12s with just the C&L and mufflers? sounds a little fishy to me?

IMO no, do some research and you'll see that the JLT was good for a couple of extra horses over the C&L, use the money you"ll save for more parts.

I have had both the JLT and the C&L on my car. Both performed the same, but I ended up switching from the JLT to the C&L because the JLT broke on me. The MAF housing on the JLT is glued into the air tube and either a combo of engine heat or vibrations caused it to come loose and fall out. I went with the C&L because it is one solid piece eliminating any possibility of it breaking.

JLT has the same bang as the C&L but cost less.

The JLT is said to make more on the dyno, but I bet my C&L racer will make more
on the street "in the real world" because the JLT rubber elbow will absorb more hot air than the all plastic C&L racer.

Steeda's design is said to provide the most air flow. With a good tune, it will be within a couple of HP of the others. The real difference will be the driver with any of these anyway. All 3 are good CAI's.

(Which ever intake you eventually go with) save yourself the trouble of dealing with RPM Outlet and just shoot yourself in the head...it'll be less painful then buying from them.
