jrichker or hissin50 can you help?

I want to make sure my wiring is good to go before I time my car and get it up and running. I think i have a bad ground because when i test any two wires on fuel injectors I get like .12 volts but if I probe the red wire on the injector and probe chassis ground I get 12 volts, is that right? I also have another thread about the reference voltage on my tps and I also tested at the map sensor but I can only get 5v reference if i probe the orange wire (on either tps or map or egr) then go to chassis ground. If i probe say the black wire & the orange wire on the map i get .12 volts...what am I missing?

Your injector wiring is correct. They get constant accessory 12V and the computer modulates the ground.

The .12V wire is probably your signal return circuit. The signal return is a ground circuit.
