Just bought 05 GT Convertible

Having a little "sticker" shock from paying so close to sticker. All well I hear some areas are getting over sticker for GT convertibles.

Now if I can just talk the wife into letting me keep my 70 Mach 1. Wish me luck.

Get over the sticker shock - you can only get the deals available to you and "MSRP" is the best deal many people have access to. I paid full MSRP and I would have paid more. If you got some shaved off MSRP then cheers.

Remember this... today MSRP is equal to waiting till after $1K worth of price increases, and then getting $1K discount.

Congrats on the new purchase. Hope you are able to talk her in keeping the mach 1. I was able to talk my wife into keeping the 95 vert, told her I wouldn't be able to get anything for it.
