Hey guys, this is my first post on the forums, just bought a 00 GT and I was wondering if 18x9 and 18x10 would fit with my Steeda lowering kit?

im looking at the tire combination of 18x9 in the front and 18x10 in the rear and the tire profile is Front 245 40 zr18 and Rear 265 35 zr18, I just want to make sure that this combo will not rub at all with my steeda lowering springs, before i sink 1k into it...

Welcome to the board, congrats on your new Mustang. Do you have any pics of the car/engine?

Thanks for the warm welcome guys, pics will be coming soon, just got her recently... My mods consist of:

FRPP HD Clutch
FRPP Aluminum Flywheel
FRPP Headers
Pro 5.0 Short throw shifter
4.10 gears
Trick Flow intake plenum
Diablo computer chip
Fiberglass Hood
Mac off road pipe
EDIT: Forgot the FRPP Pulley kit
and the prior owner took off my ac compressor and blower motor
and of course the Steeda springs..

What do you think my car would run in the 1/4?

Those tires are a bit small for those rims.

18x9 the smallest I would go would be a 255/35 and out back would be 275 at the smallest. Idealy 265/35 up front and 295/35 or 285/35 out back. As san~man says that combo will not be practical ( as practical as 18's with high performance tires can be ). Oh yeah Welcome!

I agree with big blue. I have 265/35 front and 285/35 rears. I would figure what brand tire you want first and pick either 265 or 275 for the front and 285 or 295 for the rear.
