Just bought new tires!

I needed summer tires, I'm still running winter tires out back and the stock tires up front. I ran winter tires all last summer on all 4. I bought four 255/45ZR17 Sumitomo HTR Z. I know they aren't the best tires out but I can't justify paying a lot of money for tires. I wanted tires that are a little wider and taller then the stock size. I think these will do good on my stock rims. Total was only $268 from tire rack. Now I have to finish off my summer mods with some paint work and transmision work. The only other mod left for me to do after those is a power adder or cams or both lol.

I went with stock sized Wide Ovals for 365 out the door.

My mpg went up to 24.3 mixed driving and they handle well to boot.

Sumis are the best tire for the price IMO. If money were not an object id do BFGs but you can replace the Sumis 3 times for the same price

$318 to my door and Ford said they would put them on for $60, so $378 when done. Still not bad at all.

You guys are killing me! Here, in Canada, Sumitomo tires are $100 each in stock size. Thats $400, $509 with shipping and tax, and $599 with installation.

I'm buying Nitto 555s for $780 installed.

I'll be sure to buy Vaseline too.

here in kingston...my 2 rear 315;s were 400 installed!
