I just bought a TriAx and was wondering if there were any install directions online so I could take a look before I get the part.

Anyone that wants to give tips for the install let me know. Thanks in advance.

Easy as hell...takes 40 minutes in your driveway. Make sure you have a socket set, with at least a 3 inch extension. Its a MAJOR pain to get the stock shifter off. I used a hammer and pried it off. Make sure to use RTV when installing the new shifter. Its as simple as unbolting 8 bolts...and rebolting.

Best place to buy? (Autozone/Advance, Hardware store)?

Any auto parts store will have it. Autozone, pep boys, NAPA...anywhere...

when i got my aftermarket i can shifts were just as fast. It's just good to have a more solid feeling to a shifter than some wet noodle feeling the stocker has..

Easy install. Some people will tell you to back the stop bolts all the way as they are not needed on the new Tremec.

It's easy to install, and a great mod!
