Whats up everyone? Well, I just picked up my 90 LX this evening and put it on the lift to see what was goin on. The seller of the vehicle had purchased it for his son from what I believe is performance mustangs of houston or something similar. They didn't really know what it came with so I finally had the chance to check it out tonight. Here's what I found:
*edit: King cobra clutch*
Motorsport wires
BBK shorties
underdrives
BBK cold air
Roadmaster rebuilt engine<------anybody have info on this bus.??
t5 from performance ford dealer, I found tag 1352-251, which I referenced to ford racing part number M-7003-z................is this correct, a "Z" spec tranny?? If so WOOT, WOOT!!!
one more question: it had severe driveability problems and wouldn't rev over 3500 rpm's which is why the seller parked the car and didn't want to mess with it after investing so much money. After a quick pressure test I found it to be dropping to 18psi under load at the suspect rpm's. Fuel pump. I can't wait for the 255 pump to arrive to see the actual performance of this car. So......I know I wont be this lucky, but how can I identify E7 irons with them on the car??
Thanks everyone,
Brian
