The only person that has came home from a night of drinking and having fun, stuck a pizza in the oven and forgot about it till morning? My friends ask "how is that possible to not smell it when its burning"

Not from drinking, but i have a similar story. One time in my first apartment when i was younger, i came home from work and threw a pot pie into the oven, and then my girlfriend came over. We got side tracked and eventually she decided she wanted to hit the mall so we took off on a 30 minute drive ONE WAY to the mall....we got about 3/4 of the way there when it finally hit me that the pie was still in the oven, probably burning my apartment down! And, wouldn't you know it, we had just hit rush hour traffic so on the way trying to get back home, it was bumper to bumper.

I said screw this crap and hit the emergency lane and threw on my blinkers and drove 65mph down the e-lane blowing my horn the whole way lol. I must have looked insane. I was trippin out thinking i would either A) get pulled over and get fined, and THEN my apartment would burn down, B) would hit someone who might be in the e-lane, THEN get fined and THEN my apartment would burn down, or C) just plain old get home and my apartment would be burned down.

Anyways....i busted ass all the way home and yanked open the oven...it was nice and golden brown and i ate it. The End

Wow. After a night of drinking, I'd be craving food...so no, I would NOT forget about something in the oven.

Yes. Did it several times in fact. My roomate always gave me a hard time about it cause he would have to come down stairs and take care of it while I was passed out cold dreaming about pizza.

I dont know....maybe Im just getting old. "Hell, im only 41". Got off work last night and was starving from not eating lunch so I stop and pick up a frozen pizza, "wanted something quick" come home, turn the oven on and slide it in. 20 min later...Ohh...mmmm.... it looks so good, the cheeze was a nice golden brown. Take it out , shut the oven off, get the pizza cutter and start cutting into slices...then I start to wonder.....humm.......why is it so hard to cut??? DAMMIT !!!!!!!........, I forgot to remove the cardboard from under it. Needless to say... I didnt have pizza last night.

About 2 years ago i came home drunk and made a huge pan of nachos. I put them in the oven and sat in the leather chair in front of the tv and put something on. THis was at 3am. I got woken up at 5am to my mom yelling at me and the whole main floor of our house was filled with smoke, my nachos turned into a big black ball of crud.

This one is good too, because of the cost of the meat that i wasted. 2 months ago I came home drunk from partying yet again. So I goto the freezer and find 2 FILET MIGNON!!! SCOREEE. I bring them upstairs make my secret steak marinade and go to fire up the bbq. This was at 3am as well. I go outside to flip them they are cookin beautifullly I cant wait to eat them. Next thing I know i wake up and its 8am, and it doesnt hit me until i see the container of steak sauce sitting on my desk. I ran out to the BBQ which was still burning away and my 2 delicious filet mignons had turned into 2 lumps of charcoal the size of a grape

2 great late night meals RUINED. LOFL

ive left bacon, fish sticks and other things on many seperate occasions on the george forman grill overnight. they turn into nice carbon rocks and made my living room smell.

even now i ruin pasta, as i probably have a.d.d or somthing as i cant concentrate on any one thing if its boring and takes more than 30 seconds.
