just did 3g upgrade now I have no juice(from the battery)?
ok, I just finished up my 3g upgrade and when I put the battery back in the car(I removed the battery instead of just removing the ground for fear of bumping it and sparking it) and I have absolutely nothing. no alarm, dome light, nothing. the battery had some juice in it when I removed it because I still had to disarm the alarm. however when I put it back in it's like it is completely dead. I put a battery charger on it and nothing. according to my charger it does have some juice but again I don't even have a dome light which usually still comes on if my battery is 99.9% dead. I even tried another battery and had the same results.
I'm going to run to somewhere(Autozone,etc.) later today and pick up a new + battery cable and a new battery but before I go does anyone have any idea of what could be going on here? if by chance my solenoid went bad could this cause this? any help with this will be greatly appreciated.
