Well, took the car into the dealer for 2nd gear trouble (grinds going in) and had the tech. take my car for a ride. I told him at normal rpm's its ok but when run hard it grinds. So into the car we go off goes the trac. control and the tech. gives me his best impersonation of my grandma powershifting (look out for this guy) and nothing happens. So back to the garage we go he agrees its notchy feeling and takes it in the back for repairs. He returns a couple hours later and says I'm good to go. So I get in the car to leave pull out drop the bomb and bingo grindage, turn directly around and pull back into the dealer. I tell the service manager get in and bring a helmet. I pull out grab 2nd hard give him the full 25cents worth and bingo its grinds. The service manager then tells me there is nothing he can do really and it is definately the synchros but the car gets abused. He said if a Ford Engineer was to be in his seat he would of ****. He then gives me a number to a BG Lubricants dealer and says to try their Synchro-MAX fluid he thinks it would help. So anyways if you have tranny troubles fix em yourself and if you ever get a chance to take your service manager for a hell ride do it the look on their face is priceless!!

Hahahahaha..... Sweet. Hope he had to return home to change the skid marks in his pants to match the ones you left on the pavement.

Man, I could see my old service manager...he'd have a "I **** myself look on his face" but I know inside he'd be giggling like a little girl.
