I just got my used fox body front 4 cylinder springs. They are used and probaly the original springs from the looks which is good. Theres a piece of rubber wrapped around the first coil and half on each spring. This piece is all cracked up.
Can this rubber piece come off of the springs or is it needed. Also do I have another rubber piece from my eibach sportlines in the front to replcae it with. I'm thinking it acts as a spring isolater, am i right or wrong.
From waht I've heard if these springs are nice and used. they will give a .5 drop from factory. Is it true. I hope I don't ahev to end up cutting these. I have a 1.5 drop from factory on the rear right now.
