anyone else do this? My 95 didn't come with the M-460 and i was missing the upper speaker sound (dash) that my other musangs had

I went to the local wrecking yard and there was a 95 with the 460 and i stole the upper triangle tweeters from it

they sound awesome and they compliment the sound system.

I got them for 7.00 and took about 30 mins to put in, only thing was i had to drill a hole for them to tighten onto the door.

it was ghetto, but it had to be done

I just used the speaker wires i put in for my doors and spliced them, and just ran the wires up to the mounting.

pretty easy just used some 4 feet of speaker wire, some butt connectors and 4 speaker connectors and wire cutters...

Yep, I did the same thing. I was very surprised how good the tweeters sounded. I got mine off ebay for $30 I think.

Mine already had the holes drilled where the plastic mount went, and I also just spliced into the 5x7's in the door.

I also melted the case a little bit (u ca see in the pic) so that it was a more solid mount. Mine kept slipping out of the clip, so I fixed that.

the mach 460 sound system sounds good, not much bass, but good enough for my music, not rap...rock it sounds really clean, and i had a system in my 95 V6, and the mach sounds almost as good as it did
