i just had my car in the shop to get new tires, brakes (not needed, but close enough since i had it there), and sport springs on. anyway, i went with the H&R sport springs (1.6" front 1.5" back). i didn't take any measurements to be sure, but the front looks a LOT higher then the back. i used the stock shocks and struts for now due to a constraint on funds and i left the stock isolators in, both top and (assuming they are called isolators as well) bottom. can i/should i take the isolators out, and if so how much of a difference would this make? does it just need to settle in the front? the back is perfect with very little fender gap, but the front has a much larger gap... how can i "fix" this. any help is appreciated. :nice:

i'm sure the springs are seated properly? and of course you didn't confuse rear springs for front springs. lol Just have it settle. If you didn't get the drop you want try taking the isolators out. It'll help with the drop a Little bit more.

The springs will settle over the next week or two, as KaPPaBaLL said.

If you remove the isolators, more noise will be transmitted into the cabin and you may also end up with some squeaks. They will not gain you much drop.
