I was about to leave work and My Girl friend called me and asked if I wanted to look at another mustang. I was like yeaaah. she works at a day care and this boy's dad has one and he had it out of storage today to take to another storage spot on saturday. He thought I would like to look at it so he asked her to ask me.

I went over to check it out and it is a 83 Black GT with 143,000 Km's on it all original paint and everything. I looked inside and it has nice black interior with black neted halo headrests and I noticed it was a 5 speed. The car hasn't been started in about 6 years and never seen snow or even sat outside much. There is a little bit of rust on the drivers rear quarter but the rest of the body looks good for a 23 year old car.

What would this be worth...and what should I do about the engine not being turning over in 6 years.

got a pic? it's worth anywhere from 500-2K to me, average price would be around 1K for that year, although i haven't seen many 83's, so i dont know what the front end looks like, check ebay for prices, good luck and keep the 4 eye alive!!

Dunno about that, an 83 with minimal rust would probably worth at least 4k in Canada (if it starts).
