You should check for lame ass ill advised mods such as modifications to PVC and EGR systems.

You should get the car caught up on preventative maintenance. Start by changing the plugs, fuel filter, and all the fluids esp brake fluid.

Also, you should make sure the clutch is adjusted properly and that the Trash-3650 is in good shape.
