Actually... eBay auctions are once again allowed since 11/28, per Mike Raburn, just so long as it's not a link to your own auction being posted in the general discussion forums. You can post links to your eBay auctions in your signature for a one time sale as you would have in the past, or in either the regional or national classifieds.

Yeah, they tried selling that car before on ebay. I think at one time they wanted $16,000. LOL

It was never really made as a public announcement, or removed from the TOS. We're trialing some software that turns eBay links into ad clicks, which help sponsor the site. Mike asked to keep the links intact for now, so we could test out the software. Alright, now back on topic...
