Last night I got in and decided to stop procrastinating and get to it. So I fired up the welder and started going at it.

This is my turbo and wastegate mounted to the piping I welded up last night out of 2-1/2 tubing and the lower pic is my intercooler 3" piping to the CAI tube in the fender well.

Hopefully when all is done it will look like all I have is a CAI..

If you noticed I grinded down the welds on the intercooler piping.. still don't know what color I'm going to paint the cold side.

Looks good so far...I'll have to make a trip down and check it out when you're all done. Do you know where you're gonna take it to get tuned?

Yea a place called JD's Auto repair in Huntington Valley of Welsh rd. They have a full dyno and everything, plus they will burn me a loaner chip to get it to the shop...

That's where I took my car. They did my tune, built my rear and some other suspension work. They do good work, but a little pricey.

sweet man.....keep posting pics.

What turbos are those? WHat are you using for injectors and MAF? Are you gonna custom make your headers or buy some b+g's? WHat are you using for an exhaust? are those turbos internally wastegated?

LOL... The turbos are T4/T3 hybrids, from something? I will get back to you with all the specs.. Injectors are 42 pounders with a Lightning MAF. Headers are MAC Shorties flipped and modded. Exhaust is going to be custom by your truly. As for being internally wastegated.. NOPE that big red thing is one of the 35MM wastegates I'm using, with 8lbs springs.

I will keep you guys posted..

Here are my headers modded by OINK

Here is a set he made for someone else. As soon as I saw these I shot him an IM for my set...

Hell Redsnake......with that turbo you might want to check around and see if the 2300 stall is going to be enough "for YOU"....

Drake anything would be better than the 1600 stock one thats in there now. I think the 2300 will be good for city driving even with the turbos and 700 more RPM and I'm in my powerband.. May even help me save the block for awhile. Going for 450 to 500 to the rear wheels with 20% DT lose at WOT.

My goal is to Kill, New Corvettes (including Z06) WRX, and some Supra's. LOL

Looks good, but you should have had better flow into that wastegate. It might not make a difference depending on your set-up, but it could be inproved. But if you run a good amount of boost, then you won't notice a creep.

Oink just modded the headers for me. I sent him a set and he hooked it up for me.. Hopefully boost creep wont be an issue but the other side will be mount diff if space allows. I am going to shorten the wastegate tube by about 2" today..

I'm kinda doing this backwards cause i'm working in my backyard and the weather has sucked almost everyday here.

just curious. with that routing, are both turbos going to sit on the passenger side?

Nope. the bottom pic is a set OINK made for someone else. My turbos are going to be on both sides right in front of the tires.

On the right side I have to drill a 2-3/8 hole through the frame and drop ABS controller thingy about an inch.
This Thing and then reinforce the frame.

The turbo will be placed like this.
