Just to verify my combo is ok, GT40 heads, stock bottom end

GT40 heads, Stock rebuilt bottom end from a 91 and a FMS E cam with stock rocker arms will be ok with no piston to valve clearance issues?

That's my exact setup and you should be fine. Did you shave the heads? Are you going to run 1.7 rollers? If yes to both make sure to check your PV clearance, ask me how I know. .100 on the exhaust, .80 on the intake...make damn sure its not under at all - again ask me how I know.
