K member torque specs?

hi, this is for a friends car, he got a QA-1 Tubular k member and he needs to know the torque specs, so if you guys could help out I/ him would GREATLY appreciate it!

The "official" torque spec for the K-member is "GOOTANTITE +/- 20 inch pounds".
