I am about to purchase a k member for my 82RS Capri. It will be mostly a drag car with an occasional Saturday cruise-in thrown in for fun. Anybody have good or bad experience with a particular brand. What about spring rates for the front? Most places offer several choices.

I'd save my money and just use moroso trick factory style springs in the front.

60ft times can get worse with those crappy springs they offer, i've seen it tested locally, but even in one of the magazines a few months ago same thing, the coil overs just didn't cut it.

i use 4 bangers springs in the front and they are great, and cheap too.

I tried the 4 bangers myself, and they work awesome, great for 25 dollars a set. You can really shock the hell out of a passenger with them. But from 10 years of driving a RR style suspension, i felt too panicky on the street so i went back to lowering springs.
