KB now makes a 2.8L Blower

I wonder how tough it would be to adapt to a 5oh.

I was just thinking about that, we need something bigger then that "puny" 2.2

On the surface, I might agree. However (comma), look at what a thermally inefficient pig the 2.4L box ended up being. If the 2.8 ends up being anything like that, it would be worthless to us without an intercooler of some kind (providing equal pressures and displacement compared with the 2.2L).

Isnt the point of the larger blower, (other then more hp) is that the larger rotors are more efficent and run cooler then a smaller blower at the same psi.

I always thought so but appearantly there is a bit more to it than that. The cut and angle of the blades... blah blah engineer blah.

very true, i knew at least two guys with the 2.4 on their terminators, and one of them actually switched back to the 2.2 because of extravagant heat soaking, while the other one blew his motot and moved away or something.
