Kenny Bell supercharger?

KB's are a very good blower. They are dead reliable and make great power. They are VERY fun in a street car... VERY. The power delivery is super smooth too. Do a search for don95vert on here and the corral and look at the numbers he put up in his vert... they are VERY impressive. My cousin has one on his 94GT and he made 396rwhp with 6lbs of boost, AFR heads, and an FTI cam. He has since upgraded to the GT40 style lower, and a flowzilla inlet which should have added 30-40rwhp or so. I have another friend with 1 of 6 of KB's "tuner" car the ventoso. Check it out at http://www.ventoso.com

That's some VERY good information right there. :jester:

KB Blowzilla is the s/c of my dreams!!! But they run a pretty penny, something to the tune of 4 grand. I would love to have one but I am leaning towards and s-trim but only because they dropped the price to $2500. Great blower though. full boost at 2000 rpms. :jaw:

So you like the S-trim more? Why so?

Dave
Just my opinion on the boost preference. The KB has plenty power and torque but I just love the way the S-Trim makes gobs of escalating boost through the rpm range. I've been driving the KB around and I like it a lot but I also like the whine of the S-Trim. The KB has a nice un noticable unique sound to it when it idles (gear whine) and screams like a mofo when boosting. I'm going to end up buying this blower and motor from him when I pull it out over the winter. It's just a hard choice for me when it comes down to it so I'll try and have the best of both worlds. :nice:

It should fit under the stock hood. It doesnt look like it sits higher than anyother aftermarket intake out there. And if it is... Cant you run a 3/4" spacer with like an edelbrock intake and still have the stock hood?

I dont think clerance is a problem.
