I just installed these side vents. I will now be hooking up some tubing from the engine bay to the vents.

Interesting. No one else seems to think so. Even Kenny Brown.

These are functional, and with the mods I have they actually work. This winter I could see heat coming our of the vents, pretty darn cool actually.

I feel kind of stupid, but I looked all over the sight. Where are those located at?

BTW, very nice car, I love the way the vents look, although I would say include the side badges.

Looks good, how hard were they to install, and what type of prep work was involved?

Well, the install was pretty easy. You really just need to be careful though. The install requires that you cut through the body, which is probably not for most people. I made some templates, and triple checked before I started cutting. I used a dremmel to cut the shape, and then pop out the body piece. Inserting the vents was a biotch. You've got to wrestle your arm through the fenderwell to tighten the bolts on the back-side. Other than that it was pretty simple.

I'm kind of mixed on it. I like the fact that it looks like you did something unique and custom to your car. Thats cool that you can see the heat dissapate in the winter. I think they're cool though.

That's what I was thinking. I think it'll look 10X better painted to match the car.

I agree with painting to match the car, but I like the function of them, and they are original.

Lol well damn man I would sure hope the guy likes something he sells..

Its cool to be unique and all, but please, paint those things. It will look alot better painted red to match. They disrupt the flow of your lines as is. Cool mod and nice that they're funtional though.

Yeah, I suppose that was a dorky comment I made. Oh well. It was fun though.

I bought them from LMPerformance

http://www.lmperformance.com/3166/50.html

You can also find them on the Kenny Brown site if you go to the Club Sport Racer page at: http://kennybrown.com/50csrb.htm
