I paid 54 bucks for the remote and the guy at Ford set it up for free. Probably the ONLY good experience I have had at Ford.EH819 said:I was wondering what it would take to set this up in my car? I thought all newer mustangs had it, but when I bought mine (used) I only got keys. It has power locks. Did the previous owner of the car maybe never give in the remotes? Thanks for any info.

I bought both spare remotes and keys there for my '03. Both worked fine.

However, I bet if you search around on eBay, you will find your seller auctioning off the keyfob remotes and the owner's manual from the Mustang he sold you.
