Keylessly, door locks but wont unlock?

i have a 2000 mustang and with the keychain or inside with the power button, the drivers side door wont unlock, but if you use the key or the handle inside it will. I tried but didnt hear any clicking inside the door. Pass door works fine. Could this be a relay or an actuator? any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

If it's only one side I would bet it's the actuator.A fairly common problem with fords.

Agree....only other,probably unlikely cause it a connector came off of the actuator
