KYB GR-2 and GR-2 Excel differences?

Is there any difference other than the color? My 98 is in need of a set of fronts so I thought about getting a set of these since the price isnt bad. Are they any good? Is there any other decent and somewhat affordable ones on the market? I was going to put them in when I put my B springs on.

If you are looking for bit more performance without breaking the bank, there are several upgrade products on the market. I use Tokico HP series struts on the front of my 2000 GT and same brand shocks and the handling is great. Tokicos run around $100.00 ea.

thanks for the help guys. I ended up picking up these and they seem to be working fine. I would have gone with the tokicos but I had to pick up some other parts and didnt have much money.
