L/Ts and Magnaflow X w/cats

I want to get BBK L/Ts but I'm not thrilled about taking off my $400 magnaflow X w/ cats just to buy another mid-pipe so it will fit the long tubes. If I put the long tubes on myself, would a good muffler shop be able to cut my x-pipe and flange the ends so it bolts up to the collectors on the headers? Would the cats get in the way of making those connections???

They could probably make it work but it would be better to just ask them. The converters are far enough back that they shouldn't be in the way.

That is the same thing I am going to run in to. I however will have the cats cut off and just go with straight through exhaust. May be a little loud though
