I believe it would be a AGSF-22C plug for 1 heat range colder.

I torque all mine to 12 ft-lbs w/ the cylinder heads cold (usually after car has been sitting over night)

Most of the other plugs don't have the same problem as the old motorcraft plugs. I remember comparing my Autolite 103's to the motorcraft, and there was TWICE as much thread on the 103s. The longer threading holds it in better, as well as the shoulder mentioned.
