Would lakewood 90/10's help my vert, or should I just get control arms. I want my car to lift the front end pretty high.

90/10s will help, but both will be better.

I would first get some fox body 4 cylinder springs for the front and some fox body V8 springs for the rear cut a coil (Or you could cut your stock rear springs a bit).

After this get either the lakewoods if it is going to be a heavily used drag car or some adjustables like the strange 10in1 or QA1 adjustables. This way you can set up for the strip and street.
